Tamil Union and SSC meet in T20 final today

The final of the Major Club T20 tournament, organised by Sri Lanka Cricket, between Tamil Union C & AC and SSC is scheduled to begin at 7.00 tonight (16) at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium in Colombo.
Tamil Union C & AC qualified for this match unbeaten, defeating CCC in a Super Over in their semi-final, while SSC secured their place with a 46-run victory over NCC in the semi-final.
Minod Bhanuka is set to lead Tamil Union C & AC in this match, while Avishka Fernando will captain SSC. The SSC players also featured in the final of the Major Club One-Day tournament held last week.
