Sri Lanka through to the Asian Games semi-finals
Sri Lanka CricketNews article

Sri Lanka qualified for the semi-finals after their Asian Games men's cricket quarter-final against Nepal, scheduled for today (29th) in Nisshin, Japan, was abandoned without a single ball being bowled because of rain.
Rain had been falling for several hours before the match, which was due to start at 9.00am local time, and as conditions did not improve the game was abandoned without even the toss taking place.
Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are the seeded teams in the tournament, and because Sri Lanka hold the higher position in the ICC T20 International rankings, they earned the right to progress once the match was abandoned.
Accordingly, Sri Lanka are due to take on India in the semi-final to be played on October 1.
In the other semi-final Bangladesh face Pakistan, and that match is also scheduled for October 1.
