Semi-final tonight at eight - biggest game of the week

Asia Cup semi against Pakistan tonight at eight, and it is the one game this week that actually ends somebody's tournament. We have been the better side through the group stage, but nearly every innings has needed rescuing by the time the middle order arrived. That works until it does not, and a semi-final is usually where it does not. Batting first has felt like the percentage call all tournament. The awkward part is that batting first is also what exposes a top order that keeps starting slowly.
